On Monday, 5/5/2003 Dr. Farkhonda Hassan, The Secretary General, and Dr. Amr Ezzat, President of Helwan University in the presence of a number of Council Board Members and the University Teaching Board.

This Protocol is one of a series of protocols that the Council has signed with ministries, Institutions, Universities, and Associations that work in the field of women and their economic, social and political empowerment and to resolve obstacles hindering their advancement.
