Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak Presides NCW Meeting |

Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak president of the National Council for Women chaired NCW periodical meeting. Mrs. Mubarak commended the achievements of the council during the past 3 months, and also expressed her satisfaction
|
with the timeliness of the implementation of the projects of the council.
|
These projects include Illiteracy Eradication in villages and governorates, the preservation of the Cultural Heritage through women, Assistance to Female Heads of Households, Gender Budgeting in Ministries, Issuance of ID cards for poor women. She also reviewed the training programs for the capacity building of NCW employees. During that meeting the work of the past period was reviewed as well as the future action plan and the proposals for the fourth National Council conference that will be held March 2004.
