A grant was obtained from the World Bank to support NCW in its institutional
capacity building efforts. This grant covered the following:
- 15 training sessions to train 501 participants from the staff of planning
and equal opportunity units.
- 9 training sessions to train 222 participants from NCW branch offices in
the governorates.
- 3 training sessions for members of NCW and its General Department for
Monitoring and Evaluation and the staff of the general secretariat.
On gender-sensitive strategic planning; using a results-based management
methodology , monitoring, evaluation setting performance indicators to
monitor, evaluate and integrate gender into policies, programs and projects.
