Through a cooperation agreement
between NCW and the UNDP, the results-based management concept has been
introduced in the work of NCW to develop and monitor strategic and annual
plans, to conduct a performance self-assessment, and to write reports.
Training sessions and workshops were organized during which participants
were initiated to apply results-based management in their work. A training
session at the end of the project was organized to review the application of
RBM to the plans of NCW departments
